Factory Warranty Coverage (When Offered)
Many appliances we sell from leading brands like Samsung, Frigidaire, LG, Whirlpool, and others are backed by their original factory warranty. These warranties usually include:
- Protection against manufacturing defects
- Coverage for parts and labor
- In-home repair service (where available)
Complimentary 1-Year Warranty Through CPS
For appliances that don’t have a manufacturer’s warranty, we provide a 1-year protection plan at no extra cost, courtesy of our partner, Consumer Priority Service (CPS).
What this plan includes:
✔️ One full year of protection starting from your purchase date
✔️ Coverage kicks in on Day 31—our store handles the first 30 days
✔️ Repairs for manufacturer-related defects
✔️ In-home service for eligible issues
✔️ All necessary parts and labor
✔️ Replacement of the unit if it can’t be repaired
Additional Info:
💵 A $99 deductible applies per service request
💳 Deductible is customer responsibility (unless waived by the dealer)
❌ Cosmetic or consumable components like shelves, trays, knobs, or handles are not covered
This warranty is included with any appliance purchase that doesn’t already come with factory coverage.
